How Does Our Return Process Work?
We follow a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to ensure the authenticity of your products and protect your privacy. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, here’s how to proceed:
1. Notify Us: If you notice a defect (damaged, defective, or wrong product) after opening the box, contact our Customer Service Department at +880 17 5942 4600 or email us with a photo or video proof as soon as possible.
2. Return Window: Complaints must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your product. For electronics, the return period is extended to 15 days.
3. Exclusions:
• Used or swatch items, or products like liquids and semi-liquids are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If you change your mind about the product, or don’t like the color, texture, or design, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
• Returns are not valid once the seal is broken, or if the product does not suit you.
4. Wrong Orders: If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we may offer an exchange. However, you’ll need to cover the return and re-shipping costs, depending on the product type and exchange complexity.
5. Return Conditions: Please ensure the original invoice, packaging, and the product are intact before returning.
How to Send Your Product Back?
• For Dhaka residents, we will arrange a free pick-up service (conditions apply).
• If you’re outside Dhaka, please return the item via Stead Fast. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charges.
However, if we determine your return claim is invalid, we will return the product to you at your expense.
For Lingerie & Size Issues:
If you’re unsure about sizing, please consult with our female consultants before purchasing. If you face any size issues after purchasing, contact our support team, and we’ll help you out. However, bottoms (panties) are non-returnable.
