Prescription Required: This medication must be taken strictly as prescribed.
Bleeding Risk: Clopid-As significantly increases the risk of bleeding, including serious $\text{GI}$ bleeding and intracranial hemorrhage. Report any signs of unusual bruising, black/tarry stools, or persistent bleeding immediately.
