ℹ️ Dosage & Administration

Take orally with or without food. No dosage adjustment needed for mild‑to‑moderate hepatic or renal impairment. 

⚠️ Side Effects & Safety Notes

• Common side effects (≥2%): headache (~18%), gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, nausea, rash, and upper respiratory tract infections. 

• Less common/unusual: dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, sleep disturbances, abnormal behavior, agitation, irritability, edema, muscle pain. Rarely, serious events like Churg–Strauss syndrome, hepatic dysfunction, hallucinations, depression, suicidal ideation, or aggressive behavior may occur.
