• Nasal congestion due to common cold, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, or hay fever

⚙️ Composition:

Each ml contains:

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% or 0.05% (depending on variant)

💧 Dosage & Administration:

• Adults & children over 12 years: 1 spray in each nostril every 8–10 hours (0.1% strength)

• Children (6–12 years): 1 spray in each nostril every 10–12 hours (0.05% strength)
